How many events do you have a year?

Can I purchase individual parts of the event?

Yes. You can register for all three (3) TOBI Symposium with Workshop & Cadaver Lab, or Single Events – Symposium only, Cadaver Lab Only, Workshop Only, or Combinations.

CME

Do you offer any certificates of completion or CME credits?

Yes. TOBI 2019 Symposium, Workshops and Labs are CME accredited and you can earn up to 22.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits. Additionally, we offer a certificate of completion from The Orthobiologic Institute to all participants, both live and online, upon request.

How do I claim my CME credits from 2018?

To claim educational credits for TOBI 2018 you must follow these instructions:

1. Please go to: https://www.fcmcme.org/tobi

2. Select the Claim Credit Button.

3. If already an FCMCME.org user, Login.
If NOT previously registered with fcmcme.org, select new user and complete the user information form and Submit.

4. Enter Course Code: TOBI6718P2 and submit.

5. Complete the online post exam and evaluation, following the prompts.

6. Once completed a green “Print/View Certificate” button will be displayed within your “User Record” page. You may return to your FCMCME.org anytime in the future to access your CE user records or to review courses.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENTS
AMA PRA Category 1 Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Foundation for Care Management (FCM) and The Orthobiologic Institue (TOBI).

The Foundation for Care Management is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

FCM designates this educational activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.

Workshops:     5.0 CME

Cadaver Labs: 4.0 CME

Symposium:  11.0 CME

➢ The Foundation for Care Management cannot provide a statement of credit unless an evaluation form has been filled out online. Please go to www.fcmcme.org to access the evaluation form.

How long to I have to watch my TOBI videos/claim my CME?

One year. Videos purchased for online access will stay online for at least 12 months from purchase.
CME must be claimed within 12 months of event date.

TOBI 2018 CME credits must be claimed by 6/9/2019.
